SPECIAL END OF YEAR SESSION
WEDS 17TH DECEMBER 2014
Weds 17th December will be the last session of 2014 for both the classes.
It will also be close to the Winter Solstice, the shortest day (21st Dec)
We will be sharing a gentle time of reviewing 2014, letting go of what we no longer need and creating positive affirmations for 2015.
Please let me know by email or text if you are planning to attend.

Meditation Classes updates . . .
I’ll be taking a break over Christmas and New Year.
Our weekly classes will resume again in both centres at the usual time on Weds 7th Jan 2015.
I look forward to seeing you soon, I so enjoy sharing these gentle weekly sessions with you. HAPPY NEW YEAR
